The Field Trip[]
Peter Parker was never bitten by the spider that would turn him into Spider-Man. Instead, it finds the jock Flash Thompson. It gives him powers and he goes insane, becoming the criminal known as Spider-Man. After his Uncle's death, Peter wishes he could make criminals pay, but he has been unable.
Becoming a Hero[]
Peter eventually got an internship at OsCorp, working alongside Gwen Stacy. he recreated the spider formula that gave Flash his powers.
Peter became the Spider.
Fighting Spider-Man[]
The Spider became a well known hero, often exchanging blows with Spider-Man. Eventually he was forced to kill Spider-Man by stabbing him in the throat. Horrified at what he had done, Peter removes his powers to be with Gwen Stacy and leave his life as the Spider behind.
