After the deaths of the Avengers at the hands of Thanos, She-Hulk, along with five others got a message from Iron Man saying they're the new Avengers.
She was with Human Torch when she got the message. They went to Stark Tower where they teamed up with the others and fought Thanos. After electing War Machine team leader, they won, but the Avengers were still dead.
After the funeral they built a headquarters in space and refused new members.
